i have a 2 month kitten that i want to bring with me from a trip to italy. i’ve been told that the kitten will be kept in quarantine for 40 days. is this tru? where can i find more information?

I’m worried about her because i have to keep her in a carrier, the size is a comfy size for her but how should i handle bathroom breaks? or feeding…should i feed her? and we drove 5 hours to day, but she was panting is that bad? thanks.
